Scope
This draft describes the local Reachlora preview as currently implemented. The business notice address, production processors and hosted data practices must be completed before public launch. It does not describe other SG Digital Ventures products.
Information you enter
You may enter a website URL, business details, research questions and draft content. The preview stores workspace edits and approval history in your browser’s local storage when available. Avoid entering passwords, API keys or sensitive personal information.
How the preview uses information
The application uses that information to display and restore your sample workspace, manage draft versions and create exports when requested. In the signed-in local audit pilot, submitting a URL asks our server to fetch up to three public pages plus robots.txt and a sitemap. The destination websites receive these requests. In the signed-in marketing workspace, Save workspace stores the current profile, sales objective, customer-provided measurements, audit, notes, recommendations, research and campaign approvals in Supabase. This saves the current workspace, not a versioned report archive. Unsaved edits remain on the current screen. Claude generation is disabled by default. If the owner enables it and you request generation, your saved business context, baseline, audit and notes are sent to Anthropic; web search may send research queries to search services. Generated research citations and campaign drafts can then be saved in your account. No social publishing is performed.
Storage, retention and removal
Saved preview information remains in this browser until replaced through reset, removed by clearing site data, or removed by the browser. Downloads you create are separate copies under your control. Resetting the sample does not delete downloaded files.
Cookies and technical data
The preview uses local storage for workspace persistence. Its application code currently has no advertising trackers or analytics integration. Hosted infrastructure may process request metadata once deployed; the production policy will identify that processing before launch. See the Cookies page for current storage details.
Planned hosted service
The development account area uses Supabase Authentication for email and password sign-in and Supabase PostgreSQL for your business profile (name, website, description, audience and tone). This is separate from the browser-only sample workspace. The selected database region is West US (Oregon), USA; cross-border processing may apply. Supabase processes account data and technical authentication records. Profiles support your account workspace and are not sent to AI or social networks by this feature. Contact contact@reachlora.com for access or deletion requests. Clearing browser storage does not delete hosted account data. A final retention schedule, verified request procedure and launch legal review are pending; this area is for development testing, not a public service launch.
